Prof. Kramer is professor and director of the Pulmonary Lung Institute at Rabin Medical Center at Beilinson Hospital. He was professor of medicine at Tel Aviv University School of Medicine. He has conducted more than 700 lung transplants and authored more than 145 peer-reviewed scientific papers.

He is a renowned expert in all areas of pulmonary care and considered one of the top specialists in his field. He completed several fellowships in the United States, specializing in pulmonary care and lung transplantation as a leader.
